My two things I use quite a bit in the kitchen. I just restocked both so it was a good time to post it.

We very rarely deep fry anything, so I don’t even have any vegetable oil or anything other than olive, avocado and this. I think the last time I bought a small container of cooking oil was for Pani Puri medallions.
We’re all learning together that olive oil (any refined oil) is actually terrible for us once it hits a certain temperature, regardless of its smoke point listed on bottles. 350 is probably pushing it, so now I just use a little spoonful of beef tallow (only grass fed food grade) for my veggies, poultry, sausage, eggs or anything I’d normally use a dollop of butter or drizzle of olive oil for.
And Coconut Aminos have replaced my soy and teriyaki sauce. Very low sodium and very tasty! I use it to marinate our steaks too. 👍🏼
