My lunch for the next few days. You can serve with crackers or just eat it alone! I’m going to put a few spoons of this on a pita or a make a lettuce wrap with romaine leaves. Gonna try both!

Ingredients:
- Gouda- 4 oz cubed
- Havarti – 4 oz cubed
- Green olives- 1/4 cup
- Pepperoni 10-15 cut into 1/2
- Baby Kosher Dills- 4 chopped
- Avocado Oil -A generous drizzle to help mix ingredients
- Minced Garlic- 1 tsp
- Dried basil- 1/2 tsp
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- 5 sun dried tomatoes sliced and 1 tbsp of the olive oil they’re packed in. It’s heavenly !
Shake well in mason jar, refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
