Here’s the inside of those boules I made with the trilogy seeds. They’re almost fluffy.

The pepperoni and cheese loaf only has it on top. They’re really good but it did change up the texture a bit.

I’m sending these to work with Gary with some olive oil and pepper dip for everyone. 🤍
