🍎🍂 Cheesecake Stuffed Baked Apples 🍂🍎
Ingredients:
- 4 Apples
- 1 package of Cream cheese 16oz
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoons Pure Vanilla extract
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and core the apples, leaving the bottom intact to create a well, use the cored and cut part of the apples to place inside cored apples
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth.
- Fill each apple with the cheesecake mixture, pressing down gently.
- In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Fill with cut apples and Top each stuffed apple with the graham cracker mixture, pressing lightly.
- Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender and the cheesecake filling is set.
- Let the apples cool slightly before serving.
