Girl Dinner 🍽️

I love cooking for people, but I very rarely will cook something for myself. My Mama would always say, “Let’s Graze tonight.” Which meant, let’s just pull out leftovers, cheese, fruit, snacks, crackers and just graze. Basically like charcuterie. It’s a good way to use fruits and veggies that are going bad soon too.

So tonight, I pulled out 2 Wasa crackers and mashed 2 mini avocados with a little olive oil, sea salt, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic powder, lime, pink salt, cayenne and cracked pepper. Topped with feta cheese, a wedge of tomato, fresh lemon balm, parsley and balsamic glaze. So satisfying!!!
