I’m super late posting this, but I finished a closed loaf of sourdough in my Pullman pan today! YAY!! It’s amazing! I used my normal sourdough sandwich bread recipe and it did just fine. It’s the perfect sandwich/toast size. I had avocado toast for dinner. ☺️ I’ll probably sell these for 10$ pre sliced. I think that’s a good price. It requires more ingredients than basic sourdough.

I’ll try regular sourdough in it too just to see, but I’m too dang tired to mix the dough tonight.

I really did had the craziest afternoon. Norah was home sick with fever and a sore throat.. (and now I have it too). My friend Angela called right after lunch to tell me about their vacation and we were on the phone forever. It was Gary’s first afternoon on this new schedule, and we lost track of time, so I was trying to get his lunch ready to take and get him ready because we were running late when my sister in law called with the craziest news. Then my Mother in law called to talk about the news.. 🤣🤣

Then my friend Shookie called to give me some updates on her situation (her husband just had his 7th burn/reconstructive surgery as of recent), and right after that my favorite neighbor popped over to tell me about her job interview at the school.

I’m pooped. I’m literally hoarse and talked out. 🤣🤣🤣

Love them all but I’m tired.
