I got my Pullman pan in. I decided on the small one for now. It makes about a 1600- 2000 gram loaf.
I didn’t do a closed loaf because I wanted a round top, but I will try it tomorrow or the next day! It wouldn’t have filled up anyway. I needed more dough!
I’ll have to post my bake times bc it wasn’t even CLOSE to what I read and what it said in the instructions, and I’ll also be adding olive oil next time.
I’ll post up a recipe when I get it figured out.
