Blue Cheese and Rosemary | Pepperoni and Mozzarella

These came out fabulous! They’re just regular size boules but I cold baked them (no preheating the pan) in my bread oven at 450 for 35 minutes covered and 18 minutes uncovered. They came out so light and crispy!
